2. Brief description of the structure of rainwater collection module:
A. Composition of rainwater collection pool
A number of ordinary or heavy-duty single rainwater collection modules are combined into a rainwater collection pool, and then a layer of 0.5~1.0mm thick HDPE anti-seepage membrane and a second layer of geotextile (composite geotextile) are used to wrap the six sides of the assembled module rainwater collection pool to form a sealed water storage rainwater collection pool.
B. Module structure
1. Each module consists of two main structures: a hollow flat plate and 5 conical reinforcement pipes, and the overall support force is increased by more than 70%.
2. The cylindrical reinforcement pipe design is composed of arc-shaped folding grooves, which perfectly applies the principle of mechanics. The holes of the cylinder and the upper panel are concentric circles, and the integrity between the upper and lower modules is stronger.
3. There is no through groove on the cylindrical reinforcement pipe. The hollow flat plate and the conical reinforcement pipe are connected by ribs. Every detail uses the principle of mechanics to make the rainwater module better, stronger and more efficient.
4. Two adjacent sides of the hollow flat plate are each provided with 2 T-shaped pins, and the other two adjacent sides are each provided with 2 T-shaped pin slots, which can be assembled efficiently.
5. The T-shaped connector makes the connection between the module monomers more compact and greatly increases the overall stability of the pool. The total bearing capacity is increased by 30% compared with the previous one.
6. The layers of the collection pool are connected by positioning pipes, and the columns are connected by T-shaped connectors.
7. Specifications of each module group: Each module group is composed of two conical reinforcement pipes of two monomer modules connected inverted to form a group. The specifications of each group are 500㎜ (length) × 500㎜ (width) × 500㎜ (height), and the upper and lower hollow surfaces of each group are pressure-bearing surfaces.
8. Heavy modules can be installed in driving areas, such as driveways and parking lots, and cover a greater depth in the driving area. It must be carried out under the design requirements of professional engineers.
9. The compressive strength was tested by an authoritative certification department. The test was carried out in a replicated controlled environment, and the soil was evenly distributed under static load, and the highest strength experiment was carried out.
10. The design strength should be taken by multiplying the reported compressive strength by 0.75. This is to prevent changes due to the actual conditions on site, recycled materials and any potential factors of change.
11. The heavy module is made of engineering plastic injection molding, with super strong pressure bearing capacity and 95% hollow space, which can achieve more effective water storage.
12. The use of composite geomembrane (two cloths and one membrane, each layer of cloth ≥ 100g, membrane thickness 0.5~1㎜, hot-melt one layer of membrane between two layers of cloth, made of HDPE plastic, strong waterproof and anti-corrosion ability) can form a closed pool. If a single geotextile is used for wrapping, a rainwater pool with underground leakage can be formed.
13. Set up rainwater inlet wells, lifting wells or other required wells in the rainwater collection pool, set up submersible pumps in each well and connect them to pipelines and control systems, which can meet the needs of strong drainage and flood prevention, greening, recycling water, flushing toilets, etc.
